Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York in the U.S.A. She is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of strong but vulnerable characters. Linney grew up in the family of actors since her father Romulus Linney plays a writer. Linney graduated from Brown University in 1986 and later studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated from the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City 1990. She was in New York City when she began her Broadway career. Her work was highly praised, including her performances in both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
